I counted 11 nails shops between home and work today, a span of less than five miles.

Tonight, dinner with in-laws due to the father-in-law's birthday and with Leslie's brother and his family. Menu = chicken bundles, green beans wrapped in bacon and baked in brown sugar, red potatoes cooked in a mixture of olive oil, butter, thyme, pepper, and a bunch of other stuff I threw in there when Leslie wasn't watching, some wonderful red, strawberry cake, homemade vanilla, and moo-linium crunch. Then watched Ohio State vs. Texas.

Got a new-to-us fridge today simply due to the ice maker, crushed ice maker to be exact. Leslie has a thing for crushed ice, a serious thing.

Jeb walked around all day, I mean all day, with football shoulder pads. Into the stores, into other people's homes. He fell asleep with the shoulder pads on. He can't wait for Monday night football because of the song. We dance to the song here in the Miller home.
