Top Ten Things To Do In No Particular Order With Comments

1. EPCOT, which started out as an acronym for something, has the World Showcase area. We visited twice, once and night and once during the day so as to see better. Italy was our favorite.

2. Expedition Everest. A rollercoaster. However, the rides at Disney are not scary, thrill scary. There are big on show and drama. This was hailed as a great ride and it was very enjoyable. The Abominable Snowman makes an appearance.

3. Kilimanjaro Safari. A ride through a zoo. We liked it. Animal Kingdom was very crowded the day we went. The Kingdom really should be enjoyed with a slow walk and it was hard to walk slow because the few attractions that we wanted to do were in such demand that a frenetic pace was kept just to try to do them without a two hour wait.

4. FastPass. Visit the FastPass tickets dispensers. It was crucial to our enjoyment. Essentially, you get a ticket to show back up at a predetermined time and can avoid the long lines, for the most part.

5. Go back to your hotel room. We made it a point to leave rather early and then came back to the hotel everyday at noonish. Stayed for a couple of hours. Swam. Napped. Then headed back out. This made the day and evening so much more enjoyable.

6. Test Track. This was Jeb's favorite ride. It is at EPCOT.

7. Tower of Terror. Essentially a drop machine thingy from 13, 14 stories. The set-up/drama is a lot of the ride. Jeb, our 7 year old rode it, so it wasn't that scary though he screamed during it constantly and refused to get back on it. However, I think that was because that was as much about the scary setting as it was the ride itself. Again, Disney does drama/set-up/special effects very well.

8. Any light shows. Fantasmic at MGM and Illuminations at EPCOT. We ended two separate days with these shows. Illuminations is the better one.

9. Eat a big, warm, salty pretzel. This isn't specific to Disney though they had them. You should get one of these whenever, wherever, you can.

10. Space Mountain. We rode it twice. It is in the dark. Was my favorite ride. All of us rode it. All of us rode everything that was ridden.

Bonus Thing Not To Do

Stitch's Great Escape. Essentially they lock you in these seats to hear and see a gross show with Stitch spitting into the audience. There was a lady taking feedback about the ride when we exited. I was hoping that she would ask me, but she didn't.
