I think the three judges for Dancing With The Stars should have a grudge match against the three judges for American Idol. American Idol would win because of the big guy named Randy. Unless you had a match between the girl on each, then I go with Dancing.

There is something about the weather that makes people talk. Today, we had a phone call from an employee's spouse saying that we were in a tornado warning. We weren't. But the call sent everyone to their favorite weather site. Discussions abounded. Animated radars were dialed up. Phone calls were made to friends and loved ones in out-lying areas. People were sent home early.

L.T.C. or Leadership Training For Christ was this past Easter weekend. Caleb and Erin competed. Both in Bible Quiz and and puppets and Erin also in Bible teaching. Two golds for Bible Quiz and Erin's teaching, and a silver in puppets. We compete at the Hilton Anatole, and it is inspiring to see the young people seated in groups testing their knowledge of 1 Samuel. Next year, it is John.

Perfect camping sandwich = two saltine crackers, slice of cheddar cheese the size of the cracker placed in between the two and finished with a appropriate sized piece of cooked-over-the-fire Spam.

I measure a year by the number of freckles on my kids' faces. The older two are getting hard to count because they are so crowded, but now with Romy, I have a clean slate to measure time.
