Catch up.

I am reading "Twelve Mighty Orphans" which recounts the story of the Fort Worth Masonic Home Mighty Mites that contended regularly for the Texas state football championship consistently in the 1930's and 40's. An astounding feat given that they competed with the largest class of Texas public high schools but being much smaller than the others.

Next up. "Soul Cravings" by Erwin McManus, I think.

Found out that Kleenex makes tissues that smell like Mentholatum or Vick's Vapor Rub. Until I was married, I don't believe I knew Mentholatum, but now it is a staple next to the bed. Nothing better for chapped lips.

It is hard for me to know when chicken is done cooking. I tend to let it go too long.

Elliptical machine or treadmill or stationary bike? Any? None? I am at an stalemate.

Real butter is the way to go.

Real butter might have a little to do with me thinking about exercise equipment.

I don't get Algebra. I didn't get it in high school.

I had a flat tire yesterday. The first time I changed a flat tire was in high school. I changed the flat of the spanish teacher at our school because he asked me to stop by and help out. This was in about 1977. He paid me a $20.00 bill.
